Bayan Sulu factory raises wages for employees for the third time in 2022
The Bayan Sulu factory raises the wages of workers by 30 percent from November 1, 2022.
Recall that in April of this year, Bayan Sulu JSC already increased the wages of employees by 10 percent, and then by another 15-20 percent from August 1, 2022. As a result, over the past three years, the growth of the average monthly wages of workers amounted to more than 90 percent.
“Given the high level of inflation and the company’s financial results, we have decided to raise wages for the third time this year. We care about the well-being of the factory employees and invite new specialists of various profiles to work. Our doors are open,” commented Timur Sadykov, Chairman of the Board of Bayan Sulu JSC.
JSC “Bayan Sulu” is one of the largest confectionery productions in Kazakhstan, which produces more than 300 types of products. More than 1500 people work at the enterprise.
