IX international conference “Confectionery of the XXI Century”
JSC “Bayan Sulu” confectionery took active part in the IX International Conference “Confectionery of the XXI Century” which took place from February 25 to February 28 this year in Moscow.
This action was dated for celebration of the 80th anniversary of GNU NII confectionery industry of the Rosselkhozakademiya. Conference covered questions actual today and will find reflection in development of the confectionery industry in the future, such as: – Current state and prospects of development of the confectionery industry in the Customs union countries and abroad; – New in technology and confectionery production equipment; – Quality and safety of confectionery; – Raw materials, food additives and other ingredients: use prospects; – Quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods: laboratory equipment and methods; – New in packing and marking of confectionery. Within conference was reviewed quality of confectionery, where were presented about 40 Russian and foreign producers, 167 best samples of products. According to the nominations of the International review of quality of confectionery our company provided 17 product samples. The assessment of quality of confectionery was made on the closed tasting by a contest committee of Review on organoleptic indicators, compatibility of used semi-finished products, design of packing, quality of the press and completeness of information. Contest committee included field specialists, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Association of the enterprises of confectionery of the Customs union “ASKOND-TS”, Association of the enterprises of the confectionery industry “ASKOND”, GNU NII of the confectionery industry of Rosselkhozakademiya, International Industrial Academy. By results of review of quality of confectionery “For high quality of production”, our factory was awarded by medals and diplomas: Candies “Assorti Kazakhstan” was noted by the the 1st degree diploma and a gold medal note Glazed Candies “BS Jelly”, “BS Young lion”, caramel with filling “BS Green”, “BS Fruit” is noted by the 2nd degree Diploma and a silver medal; – Candies “Primavera” currants are noted 2nd degree Diploma and a silver medal.
