«Bayan Sulu» again raises salaries to employees from August 1
The Bayan Sulu factory, the leader of the Kazakh confectionery industry, increases wages to his employees by 15-20 percent from August 1, 2022.
An increase will affect all employees of the company.
“It is important for us to support our experts in connection with the difficult economic situation in the world and improve working conditions to improve the quality of work and life,” said Timur Sadykov, chairman of the Board, President of Bayan Sulu JSC.
Recall that in April of this year, Bayan Sulu JSC has already raised wages by employees by 10 percent. And over the past three years, the growth of average monthly wages in the company amounted to 40 percent. In addition, in 2021, the costs of internal social programs amounted to 240.6 million tenge.
Bayan Sulu JSC is one of the largest confectionery industries in Kazakhstan, which produces more than 300 products. More than 1,500 people work at the enterprise.
