JSC \u201cBayan Sulu\u201d Board of Directors made the decision dated 27. 06.2013, the protocol No. 12 to approve the transaction, interested by JSC \u00abBayan Sulu\u201d:
\n1. providing by JSC \u201cBayan Sulu\u201d pledge to a JSC \u201cBTA Bank\u201d (further called Bank) as discharge of obligations of JSC \u201cAziaAgroFood\u201d on General Credit Cooperation \u21162000\/13\/1 dated 24.01.2013(further \u2013 GCA-2) an amount 1 585 000 000 (One billion five hundred eighty five million) tenge within term during 10 January 2019 inclusive, for the purposes \u2013 refinancing of the current obligations for the investment credits in JSC \u201cKazkommertsbank\u201d, to each\/any contract and\/or the agreement which is concluded in its framework and being its integral part, (to each\/any contract and\/or the agreement which is concluded in its framework and being its integral part): equipment on dragee production IDA 3002CV supplied in the future on the contract No. 24 from 26.03.2013 ;
\n2. providing by LLP \u201cKazFoodProducts\u201d pledge to a JSC \u201cBTA Bank\u201d as discharge obligations of JSC \u201cBayan Sulu\u201d towards Bank against GCA-1 to each\/any contract and\/or the agreement which is concluded in its framework and being its integral part: money for the increased amount 1 750 000 000 (One billion seven hundred fifty million) tenge, the added remuneration, and also the investor rights under the bank deposit contract “A success formula” with the legal entity No. 1704 of the March 19, 2013, opened in Bank (further – DBV), until by JSC \u201cBayan Sulu\u201d registered in authorized agencies pledge contracts, specified by GCA-1 and signing the additional agreement to money pledge contract on savings account and investor rights on bank deposit contract.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
